A high-level conference on data-driven governance was held at the Secretariat under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu, with participation from state Ministers and Secretaries of various departments. District Collectors and SPs across all districts were connected via video conferencing to receive strategic guidance on aligning plans with long-term, medium-term, and short-term goals for effective public service delivery.
The Village Secretariat is being restructured into a Vision Unit to enhance administrative efficiency. Technological interventions have significantly mitigated the impact of cyclones, reducing loss of life and property. Data-driven governance has become a central component of administrative planning, with a quantum computer set to be operational in Amaravati from next January to further strengthen decision-making capabilities.
The CFMS system enables efficient utilization of resources, while the 2047 Vision Document provides a framework for long-term administrative objectives. The Data Lake consolidates information from all government departments into a single platform, facilitating informed and timely decision-making. Task forces, led by senior officers in each constituency, have been established to monitor and implement Vision Plans effectively.
The DG Locker system is being integrated for secure digital storage of records, and preventive measures are being prioritized to avoid recurring incidents such as bus accidents and temple stampedes, ensuring enhanced safety and governance outcomes under the stewardship of Chief Minister Shri Nara Chandrababu Naidu.
