Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu congratulated the management of Narayana–GSL Hospitals for successfully carrying out the country’s first tele-robotic surgeries. Meeting the hospital representatives at his camp office, he appreciated their achievement and noted that the effective use of technology can significantly improve access to medical services.
He described it as particularly remarkable that four surgeries were completed successfully within just two days for patients located hundreds of kilometers away.
On behalf of Narayana Medical College and Hospital, Ponguru Sharani and Ganta Raviteja, along with Ponguru Sindhu and Puneet, met the Chief Minister on this occasion.
