Participated in the grievance redressal programme held at the TDP Central Office in Mangalagiri, where 131 public petitions were received from citizens seeking resolution to various issues. All representations were reviewed and forwarded to the respective departments for necessary action.
Of the petitions received, more than 100 were related to revenue matters, including land and property issues, while around 15 pertained to the Police Department. The remaining petitions were associated with pension-related concerns and other public welfare matters.
During the programme, the Minister noted that, under the leadership of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is conducting a special drive to resolve 22A-related issues along with other pending revenue grievances. The initiative aims to expedite the disposal of long-pending cases and improve the efficiency of public service delivery.
The Minister further stated that every petition received through the grievance redressal programme would be closely monitored to ensure timely action by the concerned officials. Reaffirming the government’s commitment to responsive, transparent and citizen-centric governance, the Minister emphasized that addressing public grievances promptly remains a key priority of the state government.
