Steps are being taken to resolve the long-standing housing concerns of families residing along the Sarvepalli canal bund for decades and awaiting permanent house titles. As part of the field-level inspection, I walked for nearly 3 kilometres along the canal bund to personally understand the difficulties faced by the residents and assess their concerns.
During the inspection, officials were directed to conduct a comprehensive survey and identify eligible families. Necessary measures will be taken to provide permanent house titles to those who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
With coordinated efforts from the Irrigation, Revenue and Municipal departments, we are committed to addressing the concerns of the affected families and working towards a permanent solution. The government remains focused on ensuring that eligible residents receive the necessary support and secure housing rights through due process.
