Inaugurated 3D meter sweeping machines at Janardhan Reddy Colony in Nellore city, along with Hon’ble Member of Parliament Shri Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy. The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to strengthening urban sanitation through advanced mechanized cleaning systems and improving cleanliness across the city.
A total of five sweeping machines were inaugurated at a cost of ₹1.30 crore and formally handed over to the Swachhandhra Corporation for citywide operations. The Hon’ble Minister personally operated one of the machines to review its performance and assess its effectiveness, underscoring the focus on efficiency and accountability in public service delivery.
The event was attended by senior officials and public representatives, including Commissioner Nandan, Joint Collector Karthik, Deputy Mayors Roop Kumar Yadav and Tahseen, former Municipal Chairperson Thallapaka Anuradha, former MLC Shri Boodati Radhaiah, TDP State BC Cell Vice President Shri Dharmavaram Subbarao, City Party President Shri Mamidala Madhu, City Minority Committee President Shri Iqbal, local Corporator Smt. Shafia Begum, Cluster In-charge Shri Zaheer, Co-option Member Shri Zameer, TDP leader Shri Ketham Reddy Vinod Reddy, and others.
