A comprehensive review was held on the interior designs of the Amaravati Legislative Assembly building and the proposed high-rise tower, focusing on the vision for a modern and world-class legislative complex. The review was conducted under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Speaker Shri Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu, in the presence of State Civil Supplies Minister Shri Nadendla Manohar, representatives of Norman Foster, engineers and senior officials. Discussions focused on incorporating advanced technology, modern infrastructure and international standards into the design of the Assembly building.
The review covered the Assembly Hall, committee rooms, legislators’ chambers, media galleries, security arrangements, traffic management and spacious parking facilities. Emphasis was laid on finalising the designs with world-class amenities for legislators, officials, media representatives and visitors, ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for all.
