A review meeting was held with officials of the Amaravati Development Corporation Limited (ADCL) to assess the progress and implementation strategy for the proposed tourism projects as part of the Riverfront Tourism Development initiative in Amaravati.
During the review, it was decided that the proposed Amusement Park and Eco-Tourism Park would be developed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, with the objective of creating new tourism attractions in the capital city.
Officials were instructed to expedite the execution of tourism projects so that they are completed alongside the ongoing construction of roads and public buildings in Amaravati. The coordinated development of infrastructure and tourism facilities is expected to enhance the capital’s appeal as a modern urban destination.
The Government also directed officials to ensure that organisations already allotted land for tourism projects commence construction without further delay. These initiatives form part of the broader vision to develop Amaravati into an internationally recognised tourism destination with world-class recreational and riverfront experiences.
