In Nellore city the modernized Shri Potti Sreeramulu Park in the 8th Division was inaugurated with an investment of ₹85 lakh.
As part of the plan to modernize a total of 50 parks across Nellore city 45 parks have already been beautifully developed. The park features a fountain and gym equipment providing a modern recreational space for citizens.
For the overall development of Nellore Corporation ₹850 crore has been allocated. Fifteen schools are being upgraded to international standards and with 50,000 new plants Nellore is being transformed into a green city.
