During an inspection of the Children’s Park in Nellore, key directions were issued to officials to accelerate the ongoing development works and ensure the project is completed to the highest standards.
The park is being transformed into a modern recreational destination under the Green Corporation, taking inspiration from the successful Rajahmundry Park model. The project aims to provide world-class amenities and a vibrant environment for children and families.
Officials have been instructed to complete the installation of modern recreational facilities within the next three months. The proposed upgrades include a Sky Drive, Zipline, Cycling Track, and state-of-the-art children’s play equipment.
The development initiative is part of a broader commitment to upgrade all parks across Nellore in line with public expectations, creating safe, accessible, and well-maintained green spaces for residents. It was also emphasized that encroachments on parks and government lands will not be tolerated under any circumstances, and strict action will be taken to safeguard public assets.
