Public Grievances Taken Up for Swift Resolution at TDP Central Office

Minister participated in the grievance redressal programme held at the TDP Central Office, where petitions from members of the public were received and reviewed.

During the programme, representations from 56 petitioners were accepted and forwarded to the respective District Collectors and concerned officials for immediate action and necessary follow-up. The initiative was aimed at ensuring timely resolution of public grievances through effective coordination with the administration.

A majority of the complaints, accounting for more than 60 percent, were related to revenue matters. In addition, petitions concerning pensions, municipal issues, and family disputes were also brought to the attention of the authorities.

It was noted that many of the revenue-related grievances had arisen due to irregularities during the previous administration. To address these issues, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu garu has been conducting periodic reviews to monitor the progress of their resolution.

The meeting also highlighted that a dedicated committee of ministers is working towards providing a permanent solution to revenue-related issues. To ensure that justice is delivered to the public at the earliest, the grievances received during the programme were taken up directly with District Collectors and Municipal Commissioners for prompt action.
